We ask customers to pay in advance by credit, debit card or if calling into the shop you can pay by cash. We accept all credit cards with the exception of American Express.

Altis aim to return your engraving approximately 2 weeks after receipt; however this is dependent upon the time of year / season. If you require your item to be returned quicker, please ask to see if Altis can provide a quicker turn around time.

No. Any engraving will be charged extra. Please ask when ordering for quotation.

Only on glass items purchased through the catalogue with engraving details at the time of ordering.

Yes. Just bring the item/items in with details to be engraved.
